In 2001, a young and smart consulting company named Coronis entered the booming, dynamic Israeli business environment, riding the wave of the emerging, innovative life sciences industry. This was at a time and in a country where turning to consulting support was still considered an admission of failure.

Thanks to its perseverance and high level of integrity, Coronis Bio Development managed to fill the vacuum of expert management that is fully dedicated to the life sciences industry. The company soon became the first Israeli company to offer management consulting services to companies active in this field, interested in penetrating or expanding their presence in the European markets.

Several years and dozens success stories later, Coronis surpassed the boundaries of an exclusively Israeli business framework, reaching out to European clientele, while also expanding  into the North American market. With its new investment banking activities, Coronis has managed to cover the entire scope of strategic consulting in the life sciences Industry.

In view of this momentum of expansion, it seemed only fitting to select a new name that would accurately describe the variety of services we are now proud to offer.
